But I'm talking about the before... what does your pricing guide look like and is it easy to follow? Do you answer all of the questions they didn't know they had? Is it modern and clean? Is your website loaded with recent, high-quality photos and client reviews?  Do you have a unique brand and message? Do the clients have an easy way to communicate with you that can be accessed throughout the duration of the project? 

 

If you answered "no" to a single one of those questions, then I hate to break it to ya, friend --

Being an owner, you always try to put yourself and your clientele experience first and foremost, but my ideal clients sometimes are 10-15yrs younger than me.
